Moodbidri: Police arrest three individuals for attempting to sell marijuana

Superintendent of Police Sandesh P.G. of Moodbidire led a successful operation resulting in the arrest of three individuals attempting to sell the banned substance ganja near Kantawara Dwar in Beluwai. The operation was carried out by his team and took place on a recent Wednesday.
The suspects have been identified as Beluwai residents Muhammad Ayan (22), Farhan Khan (18), and Sheikh Muhammad Zubair (19).
Acting on a tip-off regarding an attempted ganja sale, the police swiftly responded to the scene and apprehended the three individuals. During the operation, cops seized approximately 800 grams of ganja, along with a scooter used by the suspects. The estimated value of the seized ganja and scooter is approximately Rs 62,000, according to police estimates.
This operation was conducted under the guidance of Mangalore City Police Commissioner Anupam Aggarwal and directed by DCPs Siddhartha Goyal and Dinesh Kumar, along with Mangalore Sub Division ACP Manoj Kumar Nayka.
