Los Angeles: After the success of “Riverdale”, more characters from the Archie Comics seem to be heading to the small screen.

The publisher has signed an exclusive deal with Warner Bros Television to develop more of their properties for TV and original content, confirmed The Hollywood Reporter.

Jon Goldwater, Archie CEO has said the deal extends beyond the traditional Riverdale crew of Archie, Betty and Veronica as seen in the current CW series.

He added it could include lesser-known characters such as “America’s Queen of Pin-Ups and Fashions” Katy Keene.

The superheroes of the company’s Dark Circle imprint could also make the list.
