More than 1000 students remain absent for PUC exam in Chitradurga

Chitradurga: PUC English paper examination in Karnataka was held on Thursday, June  18, with social distancing and other safety norms, nearly three months after being postponed in March

An estimated 15,385 students were slated to appear for the examination in Chitradurga district, out of which 14,345 appeared for the  examination  and around 1040 were absent

Also, out of  15,385 students, 13,532 were of Chitradurga district and 813 students were from other districts. Of the absentees, 1031 are from the district while 9 are from the outer district.

Students appeared for the examination around 8 am in the morning and before entering the exam hall all of them were sanitized and checked at the entrance.
