Morgansgate firing case: ‘Accused’ father allowed to attend son’s funeral

Mangaluru: A court has allowed the accused in the Morgansgate firing case to attend the last rites of his son Sudhindra Prabhu.
On October 5, Sudindra sustained a bullet injury allegedly shot by his father Rajesh Prabhu at two of his employees on the premises of Vaishnavi Express Cargo Private Limited in Morgansgate. A critically injured Sudindra passed away today morning at a hospital.
Prabhu was taken into police custody following the incident.
City police commissioner Shashi Kumar has informed that Prabhu will be allowed to attend his son’s funeral as per the court order.
