Mortal remains of 31-yo who went missing near Gurupur bridge found

Mangaluru: The dead body of a 31-year-old man who had gone missing after parking his motorbike on Gurpur bridge was found on Friday, December 10 at Bailupete near Gurpur.

The deceased is identified as Yogish alias Munna (31), a resident of Vamanjoor.

Yogish went missing from the evening of Wednesday, December 8. His bike and footwear were found on Gurpur bridge. Based on these clues, fire service personnel and Bajpe police started searching for the body with the help of locals.

However, his body could not be traced on Thursday. But it was found floating near the Masjid at Bailupete.
