Mulki taluk Mini Vidhan Soudha to come up at a cost of Rs 10 cr

Mulki: Mulki: MLA Umanath Kotian said that the new taluk Mini Vidhan Soudha will be constructed at a cost of Rs 10 crore.

“Rs 2 crore has been released already for that purpose. An inspection bungalow at Rs 5 crore will also be constructed. Efforts would be made for comprehensive development of Mulki taluk,” said Kotian.

He was speaking at the 75th Independence Day program organised at Mulki town council.

Kotian added that more than 9,000 beneficiaries have been granted title deeds in the Mulki-Moodubidire constituency.

H Mansoor, who had retired from the Mulki Home Guards unit, was awarded the Chief Minister’s Medal at the event which was pending due to adverse reasons.

“Various schemes of about Rs 700 crore have been implemented in the constituency. Further emphasis was on the development of several infrastructure projects besides roads and sea barriers,” Kotian said.
