Murder case: Two arrested

Somwarpet: The murder case of a person whose corpse was dumped at a coffee estate after he was murdered has been cracked and Somwarpet police have arrested two persons in connection to the murder.

On Oct 8th, a corpse of an unidentified man in a putrefied state was found at a coffee estate in Jamburu village located within Somwarpet police station limits. The neck and head showed signs of slash injury achieved through sharp edged object.

The accused

The police investigated the case and arrested two labourers from Bihar identified as Kishore Kumar(27) and Rahul Kumar (22).

The operation was conducted under the guidance of Kodagu SP, under the leadership of sub division DySP , Somwarpet CI Nanjundegowda. SI Shivashankar and Madikeri DCIB staffs were part of the operation.
