Mysuru palace shut for two days after staff’s kin tests COVID-19 positive

Mysuru: The Mysuru palace shut down for 2 days after a family member of a palace staff tested positive for COVID-19.
As per sources, the son of a camel caretaker in the palace tested positive for COVID-19 and the palace will be shut as a precautionary measure.
It is gathered that the Mysuru City Corporation and The Health department authorities will sanitize the palace premises before allowing public visit.
The palace will be open for visitors on Monday.
