Mysuru: A retired female teacher in  Mysuru sparked a debate after she released a matrimonial ad seeking a husband.

In the advertisement, the woman stated that she is looking for an alliance with an older Brahmin man, who is healthy. The woman also mentioned that she has lost her parents and has been leading a lonely life for a while.

She further stated that she is a divorcee and fears walking home from the bus stop or leading a life alone. She says that she needs a “companion for the rest of my life”
