Nalapad appeals to High Court for bail

Bengaluru: Following the dismissal of his bail plea by the 62nd Additional Sessions Court of the City, Mohammad Nalapad Harris has moved toward the High Court looking for a bail in association with the assault case on Vidwath.
Nalapad who is the prime accused in the assault case has scrutinized the dismissal of his bail plea by the 62nd Additional Sessions Court of the City in his allure. The application may be considered for hearing on June 4 or 5.
“The police have completed investigation concerning the case and presented a charge sheet to the court. Thus, there is no compelling reason to keep Nalapad in legal authority,” read the appeal. It included, “More consideration is being given to the case as the accused is MLA’s son. The High Court has allowed bail for another accused in the case. In this way, bail should be granted to Nalapad too.”
A case was enlisted at Cubbon Park police station on Mohammed Nalapad and 7 others for assault on Vidwath at Farzi Cafe in U B City on February 17. Nalapad was arrested on February 19.
