Nalin Kumar Kateel performs last rites of 12 unclaimed Covid victims

Mangaluru: MP Nalin Kumar Kateel performed the last rites and immersed the ashes of the over 12 persons who died due to Covid-19 infection at the Somanatheshwara temple.
Taluk panchayat member, Ravishankar Someshwara sat for the Tila Homa. Santhosh Rai Boliyar, president of The Mysuru Electricals Industries Ltd, Kasturi Panja, former vice president of zilla panchayat, Sadashiva Ullal, vice president district Congress and others were present.
Earlier, Karnataka revenue minister R Ashok performed the last rites and immersed the ashes of the over 500 persons who died due to Covid-19 infection.
