‘Namma Sante’ for promoting local economy on Feb 24 and 25

Manipal: Namma Sante, a fair organised to champion the local economy and support grassroots businesses by Udayavani, in collaboration with Manipal Institute of Communication (MIC), will be held on February 24 and 25.

Scheduled for a 10 am kickoff on Saturday, the inauguration marks the start of a two-day showcase at the MIC premises near Udayavani headquarters in Manipal.

From 10 am to 8 pm each day, visitors can explore and purchase a diverse array of local products.

Expect to find an eclectic mix of goods from self-help groups, local artisans, and women’s societies. The event will spotlight the talents of agricultural entrepreneurs, innovative artisans, and creators of organic products. Wood and metal sculptors, alongside cottage industry entrepreneurs, will feature their creations.

‘Namma Sante’ promises not only an opportunity for commerce but also a celebration of local ingenuity and enterprise. Don’t miss out on this chance to support the community while discovering unique treasures.
