Nejar Murder Case: Praveen Chowgule presented in Udupi court

Udupi: The accused in the murder case involving four individuals in Nejar, was presented before the Udupi District Second Additional Sessions Court on Wednesday.

Malpe Police Circle Inspector Krishna S.K., who leads the investigation escorted Praveen Chowgule who was at Parappana Agrahara Jail.

Presiding over the proceedings, Judge Dinesh Hegde oversaw the charge-reading process before the accused was subsequently returned to jail under tight security measures.

Special public prosecutor Shiv Prasad Alva was present during the court proceedings, while Udupi DYSP Prabhu D.T. supervised the security arrangements.
