Nelamangala fatal accident kills Kateel Temple priest’s son

Bengaluru/Mangaluru: Kateel Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple priest Hari Narayana Asranna son lost his life along with a passenger in a fatal car accident near Tavarakere at Nelamangala along Tumakuru road on Tuesday midnight, July 24th.

The deceased have been identified as Srinidhi Asranna (21) and Prajwal (20). It has come to the knowledge that both of them were engineering students and in connection with a project work, were travelling towards Bengaluru with two more friends.

The deceased Asranna, was on his way to drop back his friend. The car with its 4 passengers first hit a truck followed by crashing into a KSRTC bus. The impact of the crash was such that the car was totally smashed and resulted in the on-the-spot- deaths of two. The other two were grievously injured and have been admitted to a near by hospital.

Sombre mood covered Kateel as the news of Asranna’s demise reached and many have expressed deep condolences to the bereaving family. More details are awaited.
