Nelamangala fatal accident kills Kateel Temple priest’s son

Bengaluru/Mangaluru: Kateel Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple priest Hari Narayana Asranna son lost his life along with a passenger in a fatal car accident near Tavarakere at Nelamangala along Tumakuru road on Tuesday midnight, July 24^th.

The deceased have been identified as Srinidhi Asranna (21) and Prajwal (20). It has come to the knowledge that both of them were engineering students and in connection with a project work, were travelling towards Bengaluru with two more friends.

The deceased Asranna, was on his way to drop back his friend. The car with its 4 passengers first hit a truck followed by crashing into a KSRTC bus. The impact of the crash was such that the car was totally smashed and resulted in the on-the-spot- deaths of two. The other two were grievously injured and have been admitted to a near by hospital.

Sombre mood covered Kateel as the news of Asranna’s demise reached and many have expressed deep condolences to the bereaving family. More details are awaited.
