Nelyadi: Family feud leads to acid attack two women

Nelyadi: Two women were with acid by a 38-year-old man near Konalu village on Thursday, September 24.

The injured are Shaini (33) and Zaansi (36). The accused is Biju (38), husband of Shaini.

As per sources, Shaini was staying at her relative’s house after a fight broke out between her husband and her. Irked by this Biju on Thursday attacked his wife and her aunt with acid while they were on the way to work.

The injured were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where the doctors suggested them to get treatment in a hospital in Mangaluru.

Meanwhile, the accused fled the spot after attacking the duo.
