New Dakshina Kannada DC assumes official charge

Mangaluru: Dr Rajendra KV officially took charge as Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada on Thursday, July 30.
His predecessor Sindhu Rupesh, who now stands transferred as Director of Electronic delivery of Citizen service, Bengaluru handed over official charge to him in presence of Assitant Deputy Commissioner MJ Roopa and other department officials.
The transfers were effected vide a government notification on July 28.
Rajendra KV, who was serving as Belagavi Zilla panchayat chief executive officer prior to this posting happens to become the 130th District Collector of Dakshina Kannada.
