Newly-wed woman killed, husband critical after head-on collision between car, poultry truck

Puttur/Bengaluru: A 23-year-old woman died on the spot while three others, including her husband, sustained serious injuries after the WagonR car in which they were travelling collided head-on with a poultry truck at Nelamangala in Bengaluru on Saturday, April 3 morning.
The deceased is identified as Dhanusha, a Puttur resident. Her husband Gopik and two other relatives — Shubhalaxmi and Roopa Venugopal are said to have sustained serious injuries.
The couple, who had gotten married recently were headed to Bengaluru along with their aunt to attend a family function
