No floor test in TN until further orders: Madras HC

Chennai: The Madras High Court today passed an order stating that there should be no floor test conducted in TN Assembly until it issues further orders.
The Madras HC has also directed the State Government that elections can’t be held for the seats of 18 MLA’s who have been disqualified by the Speaker and said the final decision will be taken in the next hearing.
Next hearing is scheduled on October 4.
