Mangaluru: BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel on Saturday, May 30 clarified that there is no confusion or misunderstanding between the leaders of the BJP and that all are busy with the fight against coronavirus.
His comments came after political circles in the state were agog with talk of dissidence within the BJP after a dozen its MLAs met at senior leader Umesh Katti’s residence to savour north Karnataka’s staple ‘rotti oota’ on Thursday, May 28.
“We are all united with Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa and also sure that he will complete his term. BJP government has already proved that it is pro-people and all our programs are for the welfare of the people,” said Nalin.
Nalin further added, “KPCC state president is simply trying to create misunderstanding between us.”
