No network around Parappana Agrahara, But how does it work inside the jail?

Residents near the Parappana Agrahara Central Jail have expressed strong outrage over reports that actor Darshan, who is currently in custody, is receiving special treatment within the prison.
Despite the installation of mobile jammers in the jail, locals are questioning how inmates, including Darshan, can still make phone calls while they themselves struggle with poor network connectivity in the surrounding areas.
Lakshman, a local resident, spoke to reporters, highlighting the perceived corruption within the prison system. “Inmates are living luxurious lives inside the jail, using mobile phones and enjoying comforts like coffee and cigarettes. Meanwhile, we can’t even get proper network coverage outside. This is unacceptable,” he said.
He further demanded that the government take strict legal action against those responsible for allowing such privileges in the prison.
The situation has led to widespread criticism, with calls for an investigation into the conduct of prison officials and the alleged preferential treatment of inmates based on wealth and influence.
