Noted entrepreneur Annappa Pai passes away!

Mangaluru: Noted entrepreneur Annappa Pai passed away in Bengaluru on June 29. He was 74.

A multifaceted personality, Annappa Pai had donned leadership of several causes. He was serving as the president of Canara High School Association. Earlier he had served as the President of District Small Industries Association, and the Rotary Club.

As a businessman, he was instrumental in success of Modern Kitchen and Presto brand of food products. Mr Pai was Also a partner at M/s Raghavendra Ranga Pai. (R.R.Pai), Managing Director of Ace Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Modern Kitchens).

He is survived by his wife and two sons.

Family sources said that the mortal remains will be brought to Mangaluru on Thursday afternoon and will be kept at his residence for the public to pay their final respects to the departed soul.
