Offensive comments against Puneeth Rajkumar; Puneet Kerehalli assaulted

Bengaluru: Hindu leader Puneet Kerehalli was allegedly assaulted by Pro-Kannada organization activist Shivakumar and his gang in Chamarajpet over his offensive comments against Puneeth Rajkumar.

Around 9 pm on Friday, Activist Shivakumar and his gang waylaid Puneet and assaulted him. Following this, Chamarajpet police officials visited the spot and conducted an inspection.

Puneeth Kerehalli had scathing things to say about Puneeth Rajkumar over the recent incident in Hospet. Angered by this, several fans of Puneeth Rajkumar criticized him on social media.

Moreover, Puneeth Kerehalli in a social media post revealed his whereabouts and Shivakumar and his gang arrived at the spot, attacked him, and demanded an apology.
