One died, six injured as the car hits a tree near Bantwal

Bantwal: Car hit a tree at Badagundi, near Manihalla here on Wednesday. Six from the family are seriously injured and a baby died in the mishap.

The injured have been admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru.

The injured have been identified Jerman, Roshan, Lavita, Cecilia Baretto, Omni driver Robin and one child, all residents of Badagundi.

Roshan who is employed in the gulf was home during his annual vacation and was suppose to return to work on Thursday.

It has been reported that the driver lost control and hit a tree by the road.
