Brahmavar: A person was killed on the spot and four sustained injuries when a fish-laden vehicle collided head-on into a Swift car at Saibrakatte near here on Sunday, December 5.
The deceased is identified as Suresh Marakala, a resident of Madhuvana.
According to reports, the accident occurred when the fish-laden vehicle attempted to overtake a JCB. The four injured, including a bike rider, have been admitted to a hospital.
Brahmavar police registered a case.
