Only a day’s holiday for marriage: Minister appreciates the DC

Udupi: The quarterly KDF meeting was held at the deputy commissioner’s office complex under the leadership of Minister Dr Jayamala on Wednesday March 6^th.

Dr Jayamala appreciated that fact that the new deputy commissioner Hephsiba Rani Korlapati who recently entered into wedlock took only a day’s holiday for her wedding and reported back to work the next day thereby setting a model example.

Speaking at the KDF meeting the minister said, Hephsiba Rani took only a day’s holiday for her wedding and reported back to work. Being the head of the district administration, her loyalty towards her duty is exemplary,” said the minister expressing her appreciation towards the DC.

“I am happy that the top three important positions the district administration that of the DC, CEO and SP of has been occupied by women,” said Jayamala. MLA Lalaji Mendon congratulated the newlywed DC.

Deputy Commissioner Hephsiba Rani Korlapati, ZP CEO Sindhu Roopesh and SP Nisha James were present.
