Operation “NARCOS”: Authorities seize 6.333 kgs of dry ganja

In a remarkable achievement under Operation “NARCOS,” law enforcement agencies have achieved a major milestone by successfully confiscating 6.333 kilograms of dry ganja, with an estimated value of Rs 3,16,650.

The collaborative operation was executed by the CIB/RPF teams from Palakkad, RPF/Mangaluru Junction, and the Mangaluru East Excise Division on Sunday, August 10, at approximately 11:15 AM. The operation took place at the city railway junction, specifically on platform no. 2, targeting train no. 16516, the Karwar-Yeshwantpur Express.

The operation, marked by its success in recovering the contraband, has yet to reveal any information regarding the identity or address of the individuals involved in the case.
