Our activists are unfazed by Congress’ intimidation tactics: R. Ashoka

Mangaluru: the Leader of the Opposition in the Vidhan Sabha R. Ashoka accused the Congress government of pursuing a repressive approach by initiating cases against Hindu activists and trying to intimidate the opposition.
Talking to reporters on Sunday, the BJP leader said that the government trying to revisit old cases across the state. However, “our party workers remain undeterred by these intimidatory tactics,” he added.
Ashoka further said that Congress is not able to digest the Ram Mandir being inaugurated.
He claimed that the Congress is fearful as survey reports have predicted that it would win only 4-5 seats in Karnataka in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Ashoka also criticized B K Hariprasad, describing him as “lacking common sense”, for his ‘Godhra-like situation’ comment and suggested that the government should investigate him for making such remarks.
