Outrage expressed over ‘insult’ to late actor Sanchari Vijay by Film Chamber

Bengaluru: Journalist, writer Chakravarti Chandrachud and film director Lingadevru have expressed outrage against the Film Chamber for not paying tribute to late actor Sanchari Vijay.
It is said that on Thursday, Film Chamber held an event to pay tributes to the members of the film fraternity who lost their lives recently. However, it is alleged that the event made no mention of Sanchari Vijay and also there was no photo of him in the event.
Both, Chakravarthi Chandrachud and Lingadevru expressed their displeasure on social media and said that it is an insult to the late actor made by the Film chamber.
National award-winning Kannada actor Sanchari Vijay, who sustained injuries in a road accident, succumbed at a private hospital here on Tuesday, June 14.
