A serial accident between a bus, lorry, and a stationary auto at Padubidri junction on Tuesday left four persons injured.
As per reports, a bus proceeding towards Karkala from Mulki rammed into a lorry coming from Udupi. The bus further went on to crash into a traffic booth and a parked rickshaw at the auto stand before coming to a halt.
The auto overturned and was totally damaged due to the impact of the collision. Luckily, the auto driver jumped out of the vehicle in the nick of time and was unhurt in the mishap.
The bus conductor Pramod and three other passengers were injured in the accident.
Padubidri police registered a case against the bus driver.
