Parrappana Agrahara central jail turns celebrity hotspot with politicians, actresses as inmates

Bengaluru: The city’s oldest prisons has become a celebrity hotspot with politicians, actresses and entrepreneurs as inmates.

Presently actresses Sanjana Galrani, Ragini Dwivedi, Kerala model Nayaz Mohammed, businessmen Veeren Khanna, Vaibhav Jain, former Kerala CPI(M) secretary’s son Bineesh Kodiyer and former minister Roshan Baig, former corporator Zakir and underworld don Ravi Poojary are serving as inmates of the prison.

The arrests were made in cases pertaining to Sandalwood drugs case, IMA scam, KG HAlli & DG Kalli arson among others.

However, all of them are treated like ordinary prisoners and no luxury facilities has been given to them.
