Puttur: A Mysore-based passenger traveling on a KSRTC bus from Mangalore to Mysore passed away after he suffered a heart attack on the night of June 28 in Puttur.

The deceased, identified as 57-year-old Manjunath, a resident of Mansi Nagar in the Mysore Hanchya postal area, had a history of heart disease. He had recently been treated at Jayadeva Heart Hospital in Mysore for two days and had recovered.
