Udupi: The pontiff of the Pejawara matha Sri Vishwaprasanna Theertha Sripada visited the family of the slain Hindu activists.
The seer visited the family Harsha in Shivamogga and consoled the bereaved family. Harsha, a member of Bajrang dal who had been killed by miscreants in Shivamogga recently. The seer further prayed that such abuses would not take place any more. The seer handed over a cheque of Rs 10,000 to the family.
The seer also visited the home of Vishwanath who had been killed a few years ago and handed over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to his mother Meenakshamma.
Gosai math seer Vishnumoorthi Acharya, Krishna Bhat, and organization leaders were present.
