Petrol Bunks May Remain Closed on June 16 in Karnataka

Bengaluru: Karnataka State Association of Petroleum Distributors has called for a state wide bandh on June 16 to register its protest against union government’s decision to revise the prices of petroleum products on daily basis according to the fluctuation of prices of crude oil and petroleum products in the international market. As per the decision taken, all petrol bunks in Karnataka are expected to remain closed on June 16. According to the reports, the bunks are likely to be shutdown from June 15 midnight to June 16 mid night.
