Plane with 28 on board goes missing in Russia’s Far East: Reports

A plane with 28 onboard has gone missing in the country’s far east region after contact was lost with the aircraft, news agency AFP reported on Tuesday.
A Russian AN-26 plane with 29 people onboard has gone missing in Kamchatka peninsula in Russia’s far east, the TASS news agency said, citing regional authorities.
The plane lost contact with air traffic control while attempting to land, TASS separately cited a source as saying.
