PM Modi: 7 Sutras to be followed by everyone to fight Covid-19

PM Narendra Modi addressed the Nation at 10 am today and announced the extension of lockdown to May 3rd. Although Modi spoke on various topics, he requested all the citizens to follow 7 steps for the next few days.
The seven Sutras requested by PM Modi to be followed by everyone:
Look after your Elders
Take special care of your elders at home and keep them safe from Covid-19, especially the ones who are suffering from Chronic disease.
Follow Social Distancing and Lockdown
Adhere to Lakshman Rekha of Social distancing and Lockdown and use masks and gloves without fail.
Follow AYUSH instructions
In order to enhance your immunity, follow all the instructions issued by AYUSH ministry. Consume hot water frequently.
Aarogya Setu app
Download Aarogya Setu Mobile app to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and stay up to date with latest information.
Help poor families
Take care of poor families and try to fulfill their food requirements.
Avoid Lay-offs
Be compassionate towards people who work with you in your business or industry and do not deprive them of their livelihood.
Respect Corona Warriors
Pay respect to our Nation’s Corona warriors such as doctors, nurses, sanitation workers and police force.
