PM Modi meets family of slain medical student Naveen Gyanagoudar

Bengaluru: On the sidelines of his Karnataka on Monday, Prime Minister met the family members of Naveen Gyanagoudar, the MBBS student who was killed during the Ukraine-Russia conflict.
At a stall behind the dais of a public meeting in Kommaghatta, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with Naveen’s family.
Naveen’s father Shekhar Gowda, mother, and brother met the Prime Minister. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai was also present on the occasion.
Naveen, a native of Chalageri village in Ranebennur taluk of Haveri district, was killed during the Russian assault on Kharkiv on March 1 this year. After many parlays, the Indian government succeeded in its efforts to bring back his mortal remains from the war zone after 20 days.
