PM Modi to Inaugurate Extension of Thiruvananthapuram Vande Bharat Train to Mangaluru on March 12

Mangaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the extension of the Thiruvananthapuram-Mangalore Vande Bharat Express on March 12.
PM Modi will green signal the extended service via video conference at Mangalore Central Railway Station at 8 am on March 12.
Vande Bharat Train No. 20632/20631, which operated between Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram, was extended to Mangaluru on request from Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel. It will now operate between Thiruvananthapuram and Mangalore Central.
As per the new railway timetable, this train will depart from Mangalore Central (MAQ) at 6:15 am and arrive at Thiruvananthapuram at 3:05 pm. Similarly, it will depart from Thiruvananthapuram at 4:05 pm and reach Mangalore Central (MAQ) at 12:40 pm. Vande Bharat trains will run six days a week except on Wednesdays.
