PM Modi virtually flags off Mangaluru-Madagaon Vande Bharat service

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, December 30 falgged off the inaugural run of the Mangaluru-Goa Vande Bharat Express through video link.

The provisional schedule suggests a departure from Mangaluru Central at 8:30 am, arriving at Madgaon by 1:05 pm. Departure from Madagaon is slated for 6:10 pm, reaching Mangalore Central at 10:45 pm. The Mangaluru-Madagaon Vande Bharat train will stay overnight at Mangalore Central Station in an upgraded pit line.

Details regarding train number and booking availability will follow after the launch, as per railway officials.
