PM Modi visit’s Varanasi

Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two day visit at Varanasi.
This is his first trip to his parliamentary constituency after the BJPs victory in the UP elections this year.
He will be flagging off country’s third Mahamana Express, the PM will be launching several infrastructure, railways, financial inclusion and sanitation projects.
His visit includes a visit to Deendayal Hastkala Sankul, a trade facilitation centre for handicrafts in Bada Lalpur in Varanasi. From this venue itself, the Prime Minister will also be launching several other projects which include, the Mahamana Express that will run between Varanasi and Gujarat, going through Vadodara and Surat.
He will also be inaugurating the Jal Ambulance and the Jal Shav Vahini. He will also open the services of Utkarsh Bank, a micro-finance providing enterprise.
After a meeting with local BJP leaders, PM Modi will stop by at the historic Tulsi Manas Temple and Durga Mata Temple in the city to seek blessings. In between, an official statement issued by his office said, PM Modi will also release a postal stamp on “Ramayana”.
The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation for 10 other projects to the tune of close to Rs 400 crore.
