Bengaluru: The opposition, Congress, has once again raised the question of “Achche Din” as Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Mangaluru to inaugurate  and lay the foundation stone for several development programs.

Earlier, the Congress party had raised the same question during the Prime Minister’s recent visit to Bengaluru and Mysuru. The party leaders had made a series Tweets posing the question to the Prime Minister. The party has again used the same strategy to target the BJP on its “unfulfilled promises.”

Opposition leader Siddarramaiah, in his Tweets said, “we hope the Prime Minister gets prepared to answer questions raised by people. Here are the few questions that I am raising on behalf of the people.”

Raising the question on the promise of electricity for every household by the year 2022, Siddaramiaih asked “Many parts of Karnataka still in darkness without adequate power supply. What happened to your promise of giving 24×7 power supply to every Kannadiga?”

Further, Siddaramaiah asked the Prime Minister to respond on the recent allegations of corruption in the state government. “@BJP4Karnataka government has made our state the capital of corruption with their 40% commission demands. Is this your ‘Saaf Niyat’? Mr @narendramodi,” he wrote in another Tweet.
