Police arrest two sharp shooters

Bengaluru: Kormangala police nabbed two sharp shooters who attempted to kill a businessman Kanhaiyalal Agarwal, 54 here on June 2.

Two sharp shooters have been arrested by Koramangala police for shooting at businessman Kanhaiyalal Agarwal, 54, a month ago.

The accused have been identified as Vibhuthi Kumar Singh, 58, his associate Suraj Banu Singh, 26, both from Bihar. The arrested confessed that they had accepted a bounty to kill Kanhaiyalal, given to them by another businessman over some row.

As per police reports, a businessman, from Bihar, had given supari to the duo and two others who are still missing to shoot Kanhaiyalal.

On June 2, when Kanhaiyalal was at his office in Raheja Arcade, four persons wearing helmets barged in and opened fire at him.
