Mumbai: Police investigating the suicide case of Sushant Singh Rajput have recorded statement of nearly ten persons, including actor Rhea Chakraborty so far.
Sushant was reportedly dating actress Rhea Chakraborty. Her statement was recorded by the police today.
The actor, who is said to be suffering from clinical depression committed suicide at his residence in Mumbai’s Bandra on Sunday. The police are probing the angle of professional rivalry into his death.
Sushant’s friends, family members and aides have given their statements till now. Statements of his cook, caretaker and managers have also been recorded.
Mukesh Chhabra, a close friend of Sushant claimed to be unaware of any professional rivalry.
