Political rivals or allies? Two JDS workers hospitalised after brutal assault by Cong party workers

Shivamogga: Two JDS party workers were admitted to the hospital with grievous injuries after being brutally assaulted by party workers of their coalition partner in the state at Bhadravathi here.

The injured – Rudresh and Gopi, supporters of former MLA Appaji Gowda have been admitted to Mc Gann Hospital, Shivamogga.

As per reports, supporters of sitting MLA Sangamesh allegedly assaulted the duo with swords and machetes due to political rivalry.

A case has been registered at Bhadravathi old police station.
