Polytechnic Colleges in K’taka to be Upgraded & Modernised!

Bengaluru: Deputy chief minister Dr CN Ashwathnarayan said that the state government has decided to upgraded Polytechnic Colleges with modern equipment and the latest software.
Taking to Twitter Ashwathnarayan wrote, “Polytechnic Colleges to be Upgraded and Modernised! Considering recent technological developments, Polytechnic colleges in Karnataka will be upgraded with modern equipment and latest software. This will be undertaken under All India Council For Technical Education’s MODROB program.”
“This will go a long way in developing critical thinking & problem-solving abilities among our students. Importantly, this initiative will further reduce the skill gap by aligning students’ skills with industry demands, leading to better job opportunities for our youth,” he wrote in another tweet.
Dr Aswathnarayan holds portfolios for IT and BT, Science and Technology; Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, and Livelihood.
