Porsche crash case: Maharashtra CM has assured thorough probe, says deceased’s MP-based father

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has vowed that justice will be served in the tragic Pune Porsche crash that claimed the lives of IT professionals Ashwini Koshta and Anish Awadhiya. The incident has sparked national outrage over a reported cover-up involving the juvenile’s family and medical practitioners.

An officer on special duty arranged a phone conversation between CM Shinde and Ashwini’s father, Suresh Koshta, who relayed the Chief Minister’s commitment to a thorough investigation and daily case reviews. CM Shinde expressed his condolences and assured that the culprits will face justice.

The crash, caused by a speeding Porsche allegedly driven by a drunk 17-year-old, has led to multiple arrests, including the minor’s mother and several others, for allegedly tampering with evidence to protect the minor. The Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh governments are under mounting pressure to ensure transparency and fairness in the probe.
