Post Dept to release special envelope on Dr Vishnuvardhan’s b’day

Bengaluru: The Department of Posts will be releasing a special envelope on Friday, September 18 to commemorate the birth anniversary of the late Dr Vishnuvardhan.

The envelope will be released at 3 pm on Friday at Bengaluru Main Post Office by South Karnataka Post Circle’s Postmaster General DSVR Moorthy along with movie director Prem and Veerakaputra Srinivas, chairman of Vishnu Sena.

In 2013 too the postal department had released a special envelope on Dr Vishnuvardhan on the occasion of 100 years of Indian cinema
