Gurugram: Major twist in the Pradhyuman murder case as the CBI claims that the arrested student killed Pradhyuman in order to postpone his exams and parent-teacher meeting.
The student has been arrested and charged under Section 302 of IPC. The student is expected to be produced in the Juvenile Justice court by 2 pm today.
The CCTV footage helped CBI identify the 16-year-old suspect. The murder weapon used was a knife and is in CBI custody, the investigative agency confirmed. However, the CBI said that the conductor, who was the earlier suspect in the case, is not being cleared off just yet, as his role in the case is yet to be found. The CBI also said that Pradyumn was not the intended target.
