Pramod Madhwaraj best legislator in Karnataka: DAKSH

Udupi : MLA Pramod Madhwaraj has been rated as the best MLA in the state, followed by Gopal Poojary of Byndoor, according to voter perception survey which was conducted by civil society research organisation DAKSH.
It has been reported that DAKSH collected results and feedback from over 13,200 people.
According to the survey report, the top 5 MLAs are from Congress. CM Siddaramaiah got a score of 7 out of 10.
Pramod Madhwaraj topped with a score of 9.1 out of 10, followed by MLA K Gopal Poojary from Byndoor. Woman and child development minister Umashree who represents Terdal is ranked third (8.9), Vinay Kulkarni who represents Dharwad stands fourth and C S Shivalli, MLA of Kundagol stands fifth.
The survey shows that independent MLA Halady Srinivas Shetty representing Kundapur, who joined BJP recently stands sixth.
Home minister B Ramalinga Reddy who represents BTM constituency is one of the poor performers with a score of 5.7 and a ranking of 210.
