Udupi: Pramod Madhwaraj filed nomination as JD(S) candidate for the Udupi-Chikkamagaluru Lok Sabha constituency on Monday, March 25. Mr Madhwaraj was chosen as coalition candidate to contest under the JD(S) symbol after JD(S) failed to come up with a suitable candidate for the constituency.

I, Madhu Bangaparra and Mithun Rai together will fight for the empowerment of youth, women and farmers,” he assured.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister K J George asked people to fight BJP party with unity and said, “BJP is a communal party and it should be defeated.”
