Mudhol: Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik expressed strong condemnation of the gruesome act of mutilating four cows in Bengaluru, calling it the work of individuals with “demonic tendencies.”

Addressing presspersons, Muthalik directed his criticism at Jameer Ahmed, urging him to take the incident seriously as it occurred within his jurisdiction.

He demanded that Jameer Ahmed address the issue with the urgency it deserves.

“Cows are sacred to Hindus; they are not merely worshipped but also essential to our livelihood. Cows provide food, labor, medicine, and fertilizer—they are the backbone of our farmers. Those who committed this vile act must be arrested and given the harshest punishment,” Muthalik stated.

He warned that if there is any negligence in handling this case, Sri Rama Sene would launch a statewide protest against Jameer Ahmed.

Muthalik also criticized the Karnataka government, alleging that despite the state’s anti-cow slaughter laws, continuous instances of cow slaughter persist due to what he termed as “appeasement politics of the Congress government.” He called for a crackdown on slaughterhouses and described the incident as “deeply alarming and horrifying.”

The incident has sparked outrage among cow protection groups and Hindu organizations, with calls for swift action against the perpetrators.
